Miami Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp

Hey Ladies!!

WOFB wants to wish everyone a safe and restful Labor Day.

Although stationary at the moment, the forecast shows Hurricane Dorian steering north, thus sparing South Florida, thankfully.  We will therefore reopen tomorrow for business as usual, starting the day with our 5:45 am class.  Should anything change from now until then, we will update any changes here, so please check back periodically.
