Miami Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp

Let’s meet at FIU (in our favorite garage) this Saturday, Dec 16 at 6:59pm to keep those muscles strong and oxygenated =)  If you’ve never done this workout, JOIN US – you’ll be in for a treat!!!  Also, it’s sheltered from the cold!  Brrrr!

TOY DRIVE ENDING Friday, Dec 22.

As a parent to 3 young children, the emotion I feel when I see their faces as they open their gifts on Christmas morning is priceless.  Unfortunately, there are many children whose Christmas doesn’t include a toy.  Please help us help them!

WOFB is proud to partner with Miami Rescue Mission again this year to do our part in helping our community.  We will be collecting NEW, UNWRAPPED toys until Friday, Dec 22.
