3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us? I started training this past summer when I moved back from China. I found out about WOFB through google.

4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: In college I competed competitively in fencing for two years. I’ve always enjoyed exercising and being active since I was a teen. I’ve completed about 6 half marathons.

5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): Upper body to get rid of the underarm fat!

6. Least Favorite Exercise: Abs and jump rope.

7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? I’ve definitely seen that I am more conscious of what I eat and try cooking more so I know what I put into my food. Also I feel that I have more endurance and that I push myself more and more in every class. Now, things that I found difficult before like Insanity workouts and running, are just a breeze and I barely break a sweat!
