Miami Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp

This Saturday, July 4, the 10 AM kickboxing class is cancelled
in honor of INDEPENDENCE DAY!

NO CLASS on SAT, JULY 4

However, we still meet up for our weekly SOLE SISTERS run, which will be at TROPICAL PARK at 7am.

We will meet by the hill (closer to Miller).
WHO’S IN?  Bring your energy, water and mask!
