1.  Age:  I am 55 years old; just became a grandmother last month. Beautiful baby boy.

2.  Profession:  I have been in Social Work for the past 20 years; I used to work with foster children now I work with the elderly.

3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I was referred to WOFB by Meeyien NG; she told me that it was a great program.  She would then tell me all the stuff that she used to do and I was like I cannot do all of that but she lured me into the kickboxing class on Saturday and everyone was so nice that I signed up with WFOB on November 1st.

4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background:
Before WOFB most of my exercising was doing the elliptical machines at my work and also walking. I still love to walk on the weekends while playing music it is very peaceful.

5. & 6.  Favorite & Least Favorite Exercises (or type of workout):

I enjoy the kickboxing class but the classes with Lorraine are very rewarding;  usually come out thinking “damn I would have never thought I could do that” but like everyone else my least favorite is the burpee.

7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?

The changes I have seen since I started are many: I have lost weight (don’t know the exact amount); have a lot more energy; eating more healthy; sleeping better; feeling STRONGER.

I really enjoy your program. Also thank you for the ZOOM classes they have been a life saver throughout all this craziness.
