Here’s a great snack that’s sure to bring out the Irish strength in you!

Kiwi Green Smoothie

  • 1 frozen bananas
  • 1 fresh kiwi, skin removed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 scoop pure whey protein powder

Throw all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
