Returning merchandise at the UPS next door.

4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: I use to go to the gym 13 years ago. But I wasn’t motivated.

5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): Jump squats, Running, Biking.

6. Least Favorite Exercise: Stairs (FIU)

7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
I was able to reduce my cholesterol, blood sugar, stress and anxiety. I Feel better physically and mentally.

We are so proud of you and the dedication you’ve shown. Your progress speaks volumes about your work ethic and commitment to your fitness goals –> Patricia just completed the 2022 Biggest Loser challenge, shedding 18 lbs and dropping 4.4% body fat in 12 weeks! WOW, what a way to end the year! Keep it up!
