Remember to do your minute of plank tonight before bed!!! For an added challenge, set your timer and leave it out of sight or have someone nearby time you. Hold the plank for as long as you can (until failure!!!) and check the time as soon as you can no longer hold your position. Use that time as your baseline and increase it every week.
