What does it mean to have a strong core?

Your core refers to any group of muscles that attach to the spinal column or pelvis. They work together to keep your posture strong in any position, enhancing stability and balance. Power from your limbs is generated from the core. Without a strong core, you risk premature fatigue, lower back pain and injury, so let’s maintain that core strength!
