We are ending the last SOLE SISTERS in June with our favorite run – the KEY BISCAYNE bridge run!

SOLE SISTERS – This Saturday, June 11 @ 7am

3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
   On March 2021 – a friend recommended me to this place. He used to train me.
   
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: I love bicycles! But to be honest, I was not into sports or fitness that much until I started this bootcamp.
   
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): I looooove arm exercises.
   
6. Least Favorite Exercise: running
   
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? My health improved 100%, I feel more active, happy to have more resistance, love the way my body has been changing, I am Very very happy here!
