This week is dedicated to KINDNESS!

Let’s focus on being extra kind this week. When you perform an act of kindness, you inspire others around you to be kind – it’s contagious. Best of all, being kind can increase your happiness and energy levels, and make you feel more at peace! At WOFB, mental health is just as important as physical health! Help us spread KINDNESS this week (and every week)! Kindness is magic!

Here is some inspiration:

  • Give an unexpected compliment.
  • Plant a tree.
  • Slow down so someone can merge in front of you in traffic.
  • Give someone your seat on a crowded bus or subway.
  • Call a friend that you haven’t spoken to for a while.
  • Send a letter to a grandparent.
  • Send flowers to a friend.
  • Offer to pick up some groceries for your elderly neighbor.
  • Send someone a handwritten note.
  • Walk your friend’s dog.
