  3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
    In January 2018, I was looking for a girls only gym in Miami i found it in Google.
  4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: In high school I used to play kickball, and loved biking in my time off.
  5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): Legs day “SQUATS”
  6. Least Favorite Exercise: Burpees & push ups.
  7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? Uffff too many changes!! My body and mind have change completely, I have lost 70 pounds already and gained so much confidence, health, energy, endurance and strength. I never thought I was capable of lifting heavy weights and now I keep challenging myself to be a better version!! I am so grateful to be part of WOFB family and love my coaches for always motivating me!! Thank you!!
