SOLE SISTERS & SUNDAY SWEAT!

Tomorrow’s SOLE SISTERS session will be in our favorite garage at FIU at 7am. Comment below if you need further information re: location. Stairs do a booty good!

SUNDAY’s EXTRA WORKOUT #5 is soon approaching! Please RSVP for either 7am or 8am by replying to your email. This workout is the second last one before the end of the challenge and before we announce the cash prize winners of our BIGGEST LOSER contest!
