3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I found out about WOFB from my mom. She was in WOFB for 4 years about 7 years ago but she always talked so well about WOFB that I always thought about joining. Since I finally moved back home for PT school, I decided to give it a shot!

4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background:
I was a collegiate basketball player for 2 and a half years. So I have been in sports and fitness pretty much my entire life.

5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): My favorite type of workout is leg day!

6. Least Favorite Exercise: Running for sure.

7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
I have already been noticed my body changing and losing fat in just 2 and a half months! My eating has completely changed since doing the meal plan and I love it!
