This year WOMEN ONLY FITNESS BOOTCAMP is partnering with MIAMI RESCUE MISSION to provide meals for the hungry and homeless of our community. Their goal is to raise enough food to help feed around 220,000 meals to the thousands living in shelters and on the streets. Together, we are promoting this year’s campaign, PACK THE PANTRY food drive!
We have set up a table in the lobby at the gym for your donations. Some suggested items are listed below:

Hurricane Iota made landfall this past Tuesday as a Category 4 storm. Just two weeks earlier, Hurricane Eta swept through the area, also as a devastating Category 4 hurricane. Some people perished, others went missing, and many were and are still being displaced due to severe landslides and flooding.
People in Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Panama urgently need our help.

Meet us in the picturesque Coconut Grove neighborhood, tomorrow, Saturday, Nov 21st at 7am. There is ample parking along the street and it’s free until 10am.
We will be meeting at the corner of Main Hwy and Commodore Plaza, across from Greenstreet Cafe, 3468 Main Hwy, Miami, FL 33133.

It’s that time of year again…. where we give thanks for what we have and we reflect on how lucky we are to have access to clean drinking water and food. Unfortunately, not everyone can be as grateful, especially under these uncertain economic times, but there is hope!
