CONSISTENCY is key, but also keeping record of what you’re eating and drinking is CRUCIAL to getting the results you’re after.
Look at it this way -> weight/fat loss is just simple math!!!!

400 calories deficit x 4 days = -1600 calories
2000 calorie surplus on the weekend = 2000 calories
TOTAL of 400 calories = no weight loss!
