GREAT TOTAL -BODY WORKOUT THAT IMPROVES ALL AREAS OF FITNESS
There’s no denying that kickboxing can be one of the best workouts for your body.  It requires cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, speed and strength. It’s a total-body workout that’s bound to get you results!

SELF-DEFENSE
Although the main focus in class is to work up the biggest sweat possible, most of the techniques being taught in class can be used in real life self-defense settings.  The combinations of punches and kicks are legitimate techniques taught in our martial arts classes.

STRESS RELIEF
There’s something soothing about punching and kicking actual things!  Until you’ve hit the pads and punching bags, you can’t quite understand the endorphin rush it generates.  Like with all exercise, the endorphins released in the body are great for reducing stress and depression.
