WOW!  Already halfway through the year!!!!  And who is not wasting any time chasing her fitness goals???

  2. Profession: Executive Assistant
  3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
    I started training on 2/12/19. My husband was working at the same school as Marisa Humphrey. He saw she worked out and asked her about her gym. She only had positive things to say about WOFB and suggested I call her to further discuss. The rest is history!
  4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: I started working out at a gym when I was 15 years old. I was consistent until my mid-twenties. From that point on I was on and off until I became unmotivated and just stopped all together. I missed it but it was so hard to get started again. I gained weight and felt down, mad, sad, frustrated and lacked energy. I knew I needed to start working out again. I just didn’t know what would be a good fit for me until this came along!
  5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): I love any leg exercise, kickboxing is pretty amazing too!
  6. Least Favorite Exercise: Pull-ups 100%
  7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
    I have seen many positive changes! The most important is how I feel. I finally feel like myself again. I’m happier, leaner, stronger, faster and have more energy! I actually look forward to my next work out. I’ve met so many wonderful people here. From the trainers that encourage and motivate us to always push harder and believe in ourselves, to the strong and amazing women who work out here. They are all so supportive of one another and truly happy for each other’s success!

CONGRATS TO YOU NERY!  You are an example to us all that patience, hard work and consistency will get you results!  In 12 weeks, Nery dropped almost 21 lbs and shed 7.8% body fat.  Keep kicking butt!!!
