What a great way to start your Saturday! Thank you to all those who participated!!
As I mentioned earlier, we will be performing the stair challenge on a bi- or tri- monthly basis. It’s a great cardio workout and there’s no better workout than one with a purpose. The challenge isn’t to be better than your partner but to be better than you were yesterday.

Such a great and challenging workout! Thank you for always pushing us and finding new ways to keep us motivated! My legs are definitely still feeling the burn lol
