Miami Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp

SOLE SISTERS will be meeting at Kendall Indian Hammocks Park this Saturday, September 1st to participate in the Labor Day 5K.  Join us as we complete the 2nd of the HOLIDAY trilogy series of 5K races, with GoRun.  We have a team registered under “WOMEN ONLY FITNESS BOOTCAMP” – click here to sign up –>  TeamWOFB

If you ran in the 1st race back in July, then you already have 1/3 of your medal.  Complete this Saturday’s race and you will receive the 2nd part of the medal.

This Monday, September 3rd is LABOR DAY.

Labor Day is a public holiday celebrated on the first Monday in September to honor the American labor movement and the contributions that workers have made to the strength, prosperity, laws and well-being of the United States.   There will be 1 class on Monday – at 10 AM and ALL LEVELS (Intro & Elite) ARE WELCOME!
