Ladies, it’s that time again….time for stairs and incline running to get the weekend started.

Next Saturday, September 1st, join us as we complete the 2nd of our HOLIDAY trilogy series of 5K races, the Labor Day 5K with GoRun.

Here is all the info you need.  If you ran in the 1st race back in July, then you already have 1/3 of your medal.  Complete next Saturday’s race and you will receive the 2nd part of the medal.
