WEEKEND FUN!

This Saturday, July 8th we will venture out to the beautiful Hammocks Trail to get some mileage in.  This run is picturesque and serene.  You can do anywhere from 2-8 miles around the Hammocks Lake.  Let’s meet in the parking lot of the Hammocks Trail playground (Miami-Dade park), located next to the Hammock’s Middle School, 9889 Hammocks Blvd, Miami, FL 33196, at 7am!  See you all there!!!

The 2nd group is up on Sunday, July 9th.  Get ready to sweat!!!  I will email & post the schedule on Saturday evening so make sure to check back here.

    I will be there Saturday for the Run and Sunday for the Challenge workout since I was out of town this past Sunday July 2nd.
