This Wednesday, March 8 will mark the HALFWAY point (DAY 45) of our 90-day journey.
Don’t lose hope if you’re not where you want to be! A LOT OF PROGRESS CAN BE MADE IN 45 DAYS if you turn a new leaf and stay focused!
This Sunday, March 12 is extra workout #4. I’m looking forward to it!!
PLEASE RSVP and let us know if you are attending the 7am or 8am sessions.
More so, we will be doing weigh ins on Sunday and taking pics/body fat measurements as needed throughout the week to ensure we’re on the right track!

Here’s some perspective on weight loss and the fact that you don’t have to starve yourself to get to your healthy goal weight:
One McDonald’s Big Mac contains 550 calories, 29 grams of fat (most of it saturated), and more than 45 grams of highly-processed, blood-sugar-spiking carbohydrates. And that doesn’t even count the fries and soft drink that you’ll likely order with it.
Go ahead and eat ALL of this (below) as ONE MEAL to land you the same 550 calories:
-4 oz of grilled chicken (120 cals)
-3 cups of broccoli (90 cals)
-1 sweet potato (120 cals)
-8 oz of plain Greek yogurt (120 cals)
-8 medium strawberries (30 cals)
-10 almonds (70 cals)
So basically, you have a large quantity of HEALTHY food that will fill you up & supply your body with necessary nutrients instead of a sandwich that contains tons of saturated fat and 2426 mg of sodium, 26 mg MORE than our recommended allowance for ONE DAY!!!
MORAL OF THE STORY:
You don’t have to starve yourself (at all) to lose weight and shed those stubborn pounds…you just need to learn how to choose the right foods and space them out equally throughout the day to prevent those hunger spikes. (…and of course, get your butt to bootcamp!)

Hi , I will be out of town this weekend. We are taking he kids to universal- island of adventure. So , I will be missing the Sunday workout. What can I do about measurements and photos? Thank u for all u do .
