Miami Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp

Ladies,

As usual, we’re constantly striving to keep our workouts fun, fresh and challenging.  More so, with SOLE SISTERS, we have the opportunity to continuously explore what our beautiful city has to offer in regards to the outdoors and running.

This Saturday, March 4th, we will meet in the parking lot at the entrance of A.D. “Doug” Barnes Park off Bird Rd. (3401 SW 72nd Ave.) at 7am.  We will meet there and venture off onto Miami’s newest Ludlam Trail, a 6.2-mile linear park through the heart of Miami-Dade County.  (No, we’re not running the whole thing!)

NOTE: The forecast does not call for rain on Saturday but it does show some cloudy/windy conditions.  If it rains, we will redirect to FIU.
