Couple of things…

Tomorrow is the LAST workout of the BIGGEST LOSER challenge.  Next weekend we have the final weigh ins.  There will not be a workout that weekend.

Please take advantage of the last workout!  Even if you feel you are no longer in the running, you still get an opportunity to burn some calories and get stronger!

The workout will be at 7:30 AM.
