Miami Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp

REMINDER:
SOUTH BEACH here we come!! Tomorrow, Saturday, Jan 10 @ 7am, meet us at 5th & Ocean for a refreshing run along the water. Parking is free and there is plenty of it!

Ladies, SOLE SISTERS is our running group and is open to all bootcampers, runners and non-runners alike.  There is no fee to join.  All you need to do is:
1.  show up
2.  represent with your SOLE SISTERS t-shirt/tank top

So join us for the extra workout as we kick off this weekend with a beach run!
