That’s right ladies, it REALLY is hard to beat someone who never gives up.  If you keep at it, you will eventually get there, I PROMISE!  With that being said, if you feel your journey in this 12-week transformation has been a mess, START NOW!!

I am not a huge fan of freezing my food.  Once it goes in the freezer, it’s gone forever!  LOL!!
But how can you pass up this deal….  I bought 2 family-sized trays of chicken, cleaned them, cut them up and packaged them up in baggies so it is easier for me to have my healthy meals!
