DON’T SABOTAGE YOUR GAINS…

Often, when people are “dieting”, they reward themselves with a nice dinner out or ‘cheat’ weekend.  Hmmm, when you think about this, it sounds very counterproductive….   you have lost 5 lbs, only to reward yourself with them again?  No logic, right?

What about treating yourself to nice clothes that support your fitness goals?  We would easily blow $50 on dinner without blinking an eye, but why not invest in your confidence and help keep that motivation wheel turning!

REMEMBER –  To focus on short-term gratification will only hinder your long-term success….
