So ladies, are you game? This challenge is open to ALL bootcampers!
WOFB’s next fitness contest involves strengthening the upper body in the most challenging way…PULL UPS!!!
I know, I know……you’re probably thinking “There’s no way in hell I can do a pull up”, but how do you achieve anything if you don’t at least try????????
I have devised an 8-week workout purposely geared to help you achieve the strength to perform pull ups… and what better way to get better at pull ups than by doing pull ups!!?? TRUST ME! If you keep at it, you will get it!
So here are the details:
1. Contest starts Saturday, August 7, 2010 and ends Friday, October 1, 2010 @ 6PM.
2. To enter contest, you must show up to bootcamp on or before this Friday 6PM to sign the registration form and pay $10. You will then be weighed in and tested for pull up strength so we can group you accordingly. (Groups will be posted here Friday morning.)
3. Goal of the challenge: do as many pull ups (we’ll start with biceps pull-ups) ….and they must be technically sound!
We will post a video tomorrow demonstrating the bicep pull up!
WINNERS in each category will receive a plaque, gift card to your favorite restaurant & a video souvenir of their pull-up performance!! (You have to capture this on video!!)

Omg, this is definitely not my strong point. So glad there’s a challenge for this because I’ve been telling myself for the past two years that my goal is to easily do a single pull-up! Lol. It’s on! Yay 🙂
